Really useful!
i’d like to ask you…
so there are three main sectors within IBanking, rite…
1. M&A / LBO
2. Capital Raising
3. IPO
Since LBOs are done mainly by private equity firms that want to acquire another firm, do private equity firms hire IBankers to do the deal for them? Or do they have team within their organization that do it?
Or is it a combination of both?

I did this course about 2 years ago and would recommend it to anyone who is training to become an analyst. The topics discussed act as a checklist for the “game day” interviews and teach you the need-to-know topics as an analyst. I have also done the investment banking institute in NY and again in GA and would say this is the best alternative via the internet. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the price of the course since my employer paid for it, though I heard they offer great deals.
Very clear and straight to the points, Thank you
Who thumbs this down? Great presentation and interview prep.
